As Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for building, managing, and scaling relationships with Bookboost’s integrated and marketplace partners. You’ll drive activation, mutual commercial impact, and long-term value through proactive partner engagement, strategic alignment, and structured reporting.
This role is both outward-facing and operationally sharp, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure Bookboost remains top-of-mind in partner ecosystems, co-marketed effectively, and commercially leveraged. You will own partner success from onboarding to activation to revenue influence, and play a key role in shaping how Bookboost shows up across the market. Sounds good so far? 🧩 Partner Engagement & Enablement
- Manage a portfolio of active partners, ensuring regular communication, QBRs, and value alignment
- Support the Partner Program Manager with enablement efforts, partner onboarding, and portal adoption
- Coordinate partner requests, inquiries, and engagement touchpoints, delivering timely and value-led responses
- Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the Partner Portal, ensuring functionality and partner adoption
- Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Leads to execute and assess co-branded campaigns, events, and webinars
🔧 Operational Execution & Systems Ownership
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records for all partner accounts, contacts, referrals, and opportunities
- Collaborate with Partner Ops, Sales Ops, and Finance Ops to support internal initiatives and partner tooling
- Identify and act on opportunities for automation and process improvement across the partner lifecycle
- Support internal reporting by generating and maintaining partner performance dashboards and insights
🚀 Growth & Strategic Contribution
- Monitor performance against defined KPIs for partner contribution to pipeline and lead generation
- Help identify high-performing partners for deeper strategic alignment or expansion opportunities
- Support lead generation strategies in collaboration with the commercial team
- Contribute to the evolution of partner strategy by bringing data-backed insight and feedback from the field
