Your role at Bookboost 👤
Help us build the future of hospitality! We are on the lookout for ambitious, determined and passionate people to join us and disrupt the industry together. If understanding customers and having an impact in their journey sounds exciting to you, then keep on reading about this opportunity in more detail. We are looking for a Customer Support intern ready to take on the challenge of helping Bookboost elevate the customer experience. Working together with the Customer Success team, you will be trained in the use of the platform and will provide direct customer support to existing Bookboost clients. You will help the product team to troubleshoot customer issues and ensure the best possible customer experience. As our platform is sold globally, you will interact with customers around the world in assisting with their onboarding, service deployment and customer questions & requests.
Our Internship is for students who want to do a full-time internship, Monday-Friday ideally 4 to 6 months. If you are a DOER, motivated and would like to be part of our growing team, do not hesitate to apply!
The internship is unpaid (we can make agreements with universities).
During this internship you will:
- Manage incoming tickets identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer technical queries as quickly and effectively as possible
- Play a critical role in ensuring customers are satisfied with the product and our services in the long term
- Realize and understand customer needs, provide positive experience for them, maintain and improve customer satisfaction level
- Help our clients to successfully implement and use our product by recommending best practices and new strategies
- Analyze product usage and performance, collect feedback for our Product team and suggest potential improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure fast resolution to customer requests
- Learn how to troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Contribute to develope the Customer Knowledge Base
- Document the details of each interaction in order to easily research customer issues and to inform product improvements
- Help with the onboarding customers process
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
- Be challenged and develop your professional skills by taking on responsibilities - a guaranteed steep learning curve from day one
The ideal candidate 🤝️
- To apply for this position, you must currently be a student.
- Hospitality-related background would be a plus.
- Full-time availability, Monday through Friday.
- Fluent in English. German is considered a big plus!
- IT-savvy: preferably experience with Google Workspace
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Curious - not afraid to ask questions
- Result-oriented and team-player
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in similar position (customer success, customer support, etc) would be a bonus
